The first step towards creating your new home begins with a simple conversation with our director. From there you can review and choose an Architect from one of our leading design partners, who will meet with you on site if required and discuss with you your vision, the scope and requirements. At this stage we can assist you in populating the design brief and break down the complexities of the process.

We provide various concept designs that are paired with 3D modelling to help you have a greater understanding of the space. Once concept designs are approved by all necessary parties the Architect and Construction Manager will provide a written scope of work, including planning advice and project costs with a fixed price.

With the approved concept design we work through the council approval and construction documentation and begin meticulously documenting every part of the project, providing our regular budget updates along the way. We work with you through the fixtures, fittings and materials selection process alongside the Interior Designer (chosen from one of our leading design partners) and Construction Manager to ensure everything is on point and on track.

With the contract signed and design approved, we now have everything in place to plan your commencement date. The Blint team will work collaboratively with you to form a detailed and actionable approach, ensuring concise approvals at every checkpoint, so each detail is considered along the way.

As everything comes together and your home starts taking shape you will start to see your life coming into perspective at this point. As we progress you will feel the scale of each room forming and gather a true understanding of how the space will flow around you. Your Project Manager will meet with you regularly on site to ensure that at each stage we are keeping true to your overall vision.

Once the walkthrough is complete and every detail has passed through our structured quality controlled approval process, you sign off the build and we hand you the master keys. You can now begin living in your new home.
